Located in a beautiful part of Minneapolis, the pharmacy school of the University of Minnesota is one of the front running institutions in the United States of America. In fact, it is ranked to be the third most prolific pharmacy institution in the country, so it represents a very attractive opportunity for young aspirants.

The University of Minnesota has been established in 1851. However, the pharmacy school has been founded in 1892 only. It is one of the nineteen different schools of the university and has several rural campuses. Practically, there is one college with two campuses.

The tuition costs depend on the accommodation. The fee floats around $11,700 and is subject to change without further notice. Student fees for manuals or other services may go up to $864 as well, while the meal plan costs up to $4,000. Students who require accommodation will pay around $3,500.

The pharmacy school is one of the top three medical institutions in the country, so its reputation is exquisite. Besides, it also allows distance and online learning for faraway students.

Students may opt between residency, Ph.D. and MS programs. The doctorate of pharmacy is the most important program and has been introduced in 1995.
